The PEACE Project in Haiti has created and now maintains education, training and business development programs that empower people to improve their lives.
PEACE Project works in the greater Port au Prince area supporting:
* three primary schools,
* a vocational school,
* an agriculture program that provides training, quality seed and tools to farmers,
* a scholarship and tutoring program that helps financially challenged secondary school students,
* adult literacy classes and
* a micro loan program that helps Haitians start small businesses.
Our Work
Opening morning exercise
We support and monitor the work in three primary schools and are currently revolutionizing the method of teaching in our schools.
We provide training, seed and tools for farmers in three villages, so families can better feed themselves and sell the surplus.
Learning to do wiring
We operate a trade school for adults who learn dressmaking, tailoring, electrical work, plumbing, tiling, refrigeration repair so they can support themselves.

Bright Paths helps high school students that have financial hardships stay in school. Computer training and tutoring are also offered.
Banm Zèl means "Give Me Wings" in Creole. The program makes small business loans and helps people improve their business with counseling.
A large number of farmers in our ag program asked if we can help them learn to read and write. We are happy to!
